AMM Global’s legacy is as enduring as the nation of Pakistan itself. The journey began in 1947, when Chaudhary Khushi Muhammad—an esteemed officer of the Imperial Civil Service—migrated to Pakistan and founded Khushi Mohammad & Sons.

Originally located at 42 The Mall Road, Lahore, the company started as an official Kodak dealer, offering photographic films and cameras. As photography became increasingly accessible to the general public, the business experienced rapid growth. Khushi Muhammad soon expanded into photochemicals, photographic paper, and motion picture camera film. Advanced equipment was sourced from Europe and the United States, setting a new standard for the industry in Pakistan.

Following Mr. Khushi Muhammad’s passing, the company continued to evolve, moving into the realm of photographic printing. A strategic partnership with Hoya enabled the business to offer groundbreaking photo development services across the country. With drop-off points nationwide, customers could easily send in their film negatives for high-quality processing. Additional services—including photo enlargement, photographic slides, and custom printing—were introduced to enhance customer satisfaction.

The company further diversified by marketing multimedia projectors, projection screens, slide projectors, and overhead projectors, delivering complete visual presentation solutions.

Today, the legacy of Khushi Mohammad & Sons lives on through AMM Global, under the leadership of Mr. Muhammad Ashaque Ramay, who has been at the helm since 1975. The company has continued to earn a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality products to customers across Pakistan.
